\Reason5/We do business with many dealers

We have close business relationships with dried bonito manufacturers in Yaizu and Kagoshima, the birthplace of dried bonito, and also with wholesalers in Nagasaki and Kumamoto, the origin of niboshi dried small sardines.

Headquarters in Yaizu sources the raw ingredients from three of the biggest dried bonito producers in Japan. These producers have an established reputation for making all kinds of dried bonito.
Our Kyushu branch also sources from three producers.
Dried bonito varieties with mold are not sourced from the above mentioned 6 producers, but are sourced directly and in bulk from multiple dried bonito producers.

We carry both dried bonito suitable for thin as well as thick shavings. We are also a manufacturer producing dried bonito custom made to your product needs. By doing business with multiple producers, we can keep a more stable and wide variety of dried bonito in stock.

We also actively purchase dried bonito from overseas.

Our main business is currently with three producers; depending on the situation we also entertain business requests from multiple wholesalers.
