We perform employee education during hiring and in regular intervals in an endeavor to improve the skills of our manufacturing staff through thorough education regarding confirmation of rules, the importance of hygiene, and awareness to prevent the existence of foreign matter.
Also, at the Tajiri factory, we perform an HACCP text every month to reconfirm HACCP rules.
At an external seminar, 7 of our employees completed HACCP training and 2 of our employees completed expert training. These employees will continue to attend HACCP seminars regularly to solidify our company’s HACCP management.
Regular Seminars
We regularly gather all employees and perform internal seminars put on by employees.
At external seminars, we request lecturers in each specialty to educate us, and at internal seminars, we improve the motivation of our staff, unify our company rules, and focus on formulation of manufacturing goals in an effort to improve our staff members’ skills.
During hiring, new employees learn about hygiene before they start working through education using hygiene videos, lectures by quality assurance personnel, and written tests.
We regularly perform HACCP tests to increase management awareness.
