Traceability

What is Traceability?

The goal of traceability, which is the ability to verify the history, location, or application of an item by means of documented recorded identification, is to clarify the history of our food products by allowing it to be verified through the construction and displays of distribution systems.

At Kobayashi Foods, we perform traceability processes.
We perform traceability processes by matching up our company’s purchase history with the names of the boats and ports used by our inventory processors contained in the catch landing certificates as necessary, enabling us to keep track of every step between manufacturing and shipping
