We have established a system to ensure safety at each stage of the process, from raw material procurement to manufacturing and shipping, with the quality control department at the center. In particular, with regard to record management, we are thorough in ensuring that records are properly recorded and stored at every stage, based on the idea that “if there are no records, it is the same as not having done anything.”

Thorough record-keeping practices

Accurate records and regular verification are essential to continuously provide safe products. Kobayashi Foods practices the following record management on a daily basis.

A worker checks the operation of the metal detector with a record sheet in hand.
The record sheet is filled out immediately upon completion of the work.
