When we receive your order, we will send you a fax with the expected delivery date. This allows us to let you know exactly when your product will arrive. We aim to respond to inquiries within 10 minutes, ensuring a speedy response.

If you are in a rush to receive your order, we can have it delivered to the nearest branch of the shipping company. Even if regular delivery cannot be made in time, you can receive your order faster by picking it up yourself. In that case, please contact us in advance and we will fax you the shipping company’s shipping slip and support you in checking the product status on our website.
