Standard Usage Amount This concentrate is generally diluted 15 times to make a standard broth.

One bag of Bonito Broth Concentrate (2Kg) can make 30L of broth.

This is the same as using 21L of water with 900g of fish flakes (resulting in 15L of broth).

Freely dilute the broth to the required concentration with boiling or cold water to match its intended use.
