One bag of Concentrated soup – Kelp(kombu) Concentrate (2Kg) can make 50L of kombu broth.
Freely dilute the broth to the required concentration with boiling or cold water to match its intended use.
To make a similar amount of broth using kombu, approximately 1,800g would be needed.
