This powdered broth is made only from high quality natural ingredients for Japanese cuisine and uses carefully selected dried bonito flakes from Yaizu City and kombu from Rishiri Island.
This concentrate is generally diluted 15 times to make a standard broth.
1 bag of Bonito and Kombu Blended Broth No6 (2kg) can make 30L of broth.This is the same as using 41L of water with 1.8k of fish flakes (resulting in 30L of broth).
