Product Description Anchovies harvested in Kyushu are boiled in salt water and thoroughly pasteurized to create a Concentrated soup anchovy№5 that was extracted at a low temperature to prevent any loss in aroma or flavor.

The flavor of the high quality dried anchovies used in this broth concentrate will accentuate the flavor of other ingredients.

This is the same as using 21L of water with 900g of fish flakes (resulting in 15L of broth).
