Standard Usage Amount

This concentrate is generally diluted 15 times to make a standard broth.1 bag of Mix-dashi-K (2kg) can make 30L of broth.This is the same as using 41L of water with 1.8k of fish flakes (resulting in 30L of broth).Freely dilute the broth to the required concentration with boiling or cold water to match its intended use.
